Hot off the heels of our most successful fundraising year on record, we’re recruiting here in fundraising land at Greenpeace Australia Pacific! We need a sensational new Engagement Administrator to join the Donor Development team on a Fixed Term, Full-Time contract until December 2025. Is this you?

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be providing warm, friendly and efficient customer service, and administrative support to everyone who engages with Greenpeace. A hugely important role - you’re the welcoming voice at the end of the phone (and our email and social media channels) that inspires and connects people to our work!

A few of your day-to-day responsibilities will include: 

  • Manage supporter information accurately and efficiently, using Salesforce, our CRM database
  • Communicating with supporters via both phone calls, email, social media and mail 
  • Develop and maintain excellent supporter relations by giving a high level of customer service
  • Administration and data-entry across our platform to ensure accurate management and processing

Annual full-time salary: $66,867.81 plus superannuation (Pro-rata to contract duration)
